As a small business owner, James Peacock’s personal goals bleed into his professional ones. James has two mottos he lives by: “To do what’s right because it’s right, no matter the cost” and “Mean what you say and say what you mean.”
Having worked for small and large businesses in the past, James has a deep conviction and desire to create a workplace that encourages and empowers employees. Employee ideas are sometimes the best as they are the boots on the ground. He believes the business can only be as good as the employees that perform the work. His biggest priority at SKU Distribution is cultivating a culture where everyone has a say.
