As a small business owner, James Peacock’s personal goals bleed into his professional ones. Growing up in Wyoming, he didn’t have a lot of money and now that he’s married with 3 boys, he strives to provide them with the opportunities he didn’t have. Having worked for small and large businesses in the past, James has a deep conviction and desire to create a workplace that encourages and empowers employees. Employee ideas are sometimes the best ideas as they are the boots on the ground. He believes the business can only be as good as the employees that perform the work. His biggest priority at SKU Distribution is to cultivate a culture where everyone has a say.
