B2C Fulfillment

B2C Fulfillment Services In The USA

A customer in Denver orders a jacket on Sunday night. She has no idea it crossed an ocean, cleared customs, and spent the off-season on a rack in Arizona. She only knows what the box looks like when it reaches her porch on Tuesday. That gap, between what you promise at checkout and what actually lands on the customer’s doorstep, is where our B2C fulfillment services live.

One Inventory Pool For B2C And B2B

Once a brand reaches a certain size, it usually sells both ways. Most fulfillment providers are only good at one, so picking a partner that handles both from day one saves a painful migration later.

The two are genuinely different. B2C means a parcel or two to one doorstep, in right-sized, branded packaging, and when it goes wrong, the mistake is public with a review attached. B2B means pallets and cases to a distribution center by appointment, with ASNs, routing guides, and packaging that meets spec, and when it goes wrong, you get a chargeback and an awkward phone call.

At SKU Distribution, we run both from a single inventory count, so a national retailer’s purchase order and a Tuesday night reorder draw on the same stock. One floor, one system, one team.

What We’re Licensed To Hold

As the first FTZ-approved 3PL in Arizona, we hold imported goods with duty deferred until they ship, and duty free on anything that leaves the country again. With duty rates moving and the old small-parcel exemptions gone, that deferral is worth more every quarter. Our Foreign Trade Zone is why brands like Black Crows and Gravel base their US distribution here. The same permitting covers the products other providers turn away, everything from small cells to e-bike packs and solar units heavy enough to need a crane, with more than an acre of outside lot behind it. If your catalog includes them, we support lithium-ion battery storage.

What Our B2C Order Fulfillment Covers

B2C commerce fulfillment is the operational middle of your business: receiving, counting, picking, packing, labeling, and getting the parcel out the door on the day you said. We run all of it across 400,000 square feet in Arizona.

Receiving and inspection

Containers and pallets checked in, counted, and racked, with your counts visible in real time. Discrepancies get caught at the dock, before bad numbers make it into your storefront and turn into an oversell.

Storage suited to the product

Temperature-controlled and FDA-certified space for supplements, beauty, and wellness lines, with humidity control and lot, batch, and expiration tracking where your category calls for it. Products that carry compliance requirements get stored to those requirements, not to a generic warehouse standard.

Pick, pack, and ship

Every order out within 24 hours, in packaging that carries your name and not ours. Automated right-sizing builds a custom box or bubble mailer around each order, which cuts dimensional weight and keeps shipping costs down without leaving your product rattling around in an oversized carton.

Kitting, bundles, and subscriptions

Assembly, inserts, and recurring boxes built to your spec, whether that’s a fixed monthly box or a build that changes with each cycle.

Returns

Inspected, graded, and put back into sellable stock instead of stacked in a corner. Each return is routed by your rules, restock, quarantine, or another disposition you define, and the outcome is logged so recurring sizing or packaging problems surface in your data early.

Retail and EDI

Retail-ready orders picked from the same inventory pool as your consumer parcels, so a wholesale account taking off doesn’t mean splitting your stock across two providers or two systems.

How Fast We Get You Moving

Every warehouse hits its limit at packing rather than picking, because a manual floor needs about two packers per picker. We spent $750,000 on removing that math. Packsize builds a right-sized box per order at about 500 pieces an hour, while our Pack Jacket forms, seals, and labels a custom bubble mailer at around 900 hourly. Getting connected is just as quick: we plug into most storefronts and marketplaces, plus ERPs including NetSuite and SAP, and our integrations team does the work, not your developers.

Where Your Promise Ships From

Space in the fulfillment building is finite, and we would rather fill it with a few brands we grow alongside than with everyone who calls. The racking, the zone, the machines, and the crew are all in place today, so bringing you on is a matter of weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about working with SKU Distribution, from onboarding to shipping cutoffs.

Everything between your customer clicking buy and the parcel arriving: storing inventory, picking and packing each order, shipping it, and processing returns. We do it under your brand, not ours.

Within 24 hours, at 99.99% accuracy. Our Arizona location puts West Coast buyers close and keeps the rest of the country in normal ground transit.

Yes. We connect to most ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, and to ERPs including NetSuite and SAP, usually in days rather than months.

That is one of the main reasons brands choose us. Goods enter our Foreign Trade Zone with duty deferred until they ship to a US customer, and duty free if they leave the country again.

We can, from small cells to e-bike/vehicle packs and oversized solar units. It is permitted, certified work that most B2C fulfillment providers cannot legally take on.
