Omnichannel Fulfillment Services

Omnichannel Fulfillment Services

Nobody sets out to become an omnichannel brand. You launch your own store, add a marketplace account, and then eventually a buyer at a national chain sends over a routing guide. The same SKU ends up in three places under three counts, and every reorder becomes a guess. Our omnichannel fulfillment services put every one of those channels back on a single count, in one building.

We hold your inventory in Chandler, Arizona, and ship it every way you sell: parcels to consumers, case packs to retail docks, drop-ship orders in the retailer’s name, and export orders that never enter US commerce. Orders leave within 24 hours at 99.9% accuracy, whichever channel they came from. Here is what sits behind that, starting with the channels.

What Our Omnichannel Order Fulfillment Covers

Box icon

Your Own Storefront

We pick and ship branded, right-sized parcels picked and shipped the day the order lands, in your packaging rather than ours.

Marketplaces

Orders arrive on the same connection as everything else, so nothing is rekeyed and no channel runs on its own spreadsheet.

Retail And Wholesale

We fulfill purchase orders over EDI for accounts such as REI and Backcountry, with compliant cartons, pallet patterns, advance ship notices, and booked delivery appointments.

Retailer Drop-Ship

Single parcels are sent to the shopper under the retailer’s name and scorecard, and picked off the same shelf as your own orders.

Kitting And Subscriptions

Club multipacks, display kits, inserts, and recurring boxes are assembled here rather than in a back room.

Returns

Retail returns are graded on arrival and go straight back into the pool, so Tuesday’s return can leave in a retail case pack next week.

One Single Count For All Channels

Most omni channel fulfillment runs on split inventory: some on hand for the web, some committed to wholesale, some sitting at a marketplace. Each pool carries its own buffer, and none can rescue another. The website sells out on Friday while three hundred units wait on a purchase order that was cut in half.

The SKU Distribution Approach

Most operations hold separate stock for each channel. We don’t. Your own storefront, marketplaces, retail and wholesale, retailer drop-ship, and export all pick from one pool in a single Chandler, Arizona building, a Foreign Trade Zone site approved for lithium and oversized, at 99.9% order accuracy with orders out within 24 hours.

Five exits, one live count. Nothing is committed to a channel in advance: the order in front of us decides what a unit becomes, and it picks up the packaging, labeling, and paperwork that channel requires on its way out. Our 3PL services and ecommerce fulfillment are one operation, not two you buy separately.

Four Things An Omnichannel Fulfillment Provider Cannot Arrange Later

Warehouse icon

Duty decided by the exit, not the arrival.

Stock lands in our Foreign Trade Zone with no duty attached, and the bill is written by the door each unit finally leaves through: owed when it ships to a US buyer, never owed when it ships abroad. As Arizona’s first FTZ-approved 3PL, we let importers such as Black Crows and Gravel open US channels without paying at the border to find out which one sells.

Freight most floors cannot legally hold.

Our permitted site takes loose cells, e-bike and golf cart packs, and solar units that arrive on a flatbed, with outdoor space for anything too large to rack. Sell power products through a chain and your own store, and both channels stay on our lithium-ion battery storage site.

One packing line for parcels and case packs.

$750,000 of automation means a chain’s promotion and a Cyber Monday spike meet the same equipment rather than forty temporary hires, and December’s pack rate matches July’s.

Running before your first order.

Storefronts, marketplaces, and ERPs including NetSuite and SAP, connected in days by our integrations team. Adding a channel next year is our work, not your developers’.

Keeping Promises Across Channels

A shopper on your site, a buyer at a chain, and a marketplace customer are all judging the same brand, and none of them care how your inventory is organized. That is easier to hold steady when the parcel and the pallet leave one floor, packed by people who have shipped both for years.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about working with SKU Distribution, from onboarding to shipping cutoffs.

One provider storing your inventory and shipping it to every channel you sell through: your own store, marketplaces, retail accounts over EDI, retailer drop-ship programs, and export orders. Everything draws on one count, so your inventory number means the same thing in every channel.

Multichannel gives each channel its own stock and its own process. Omnichannel ecommerce fulfillment puts every channel on shared stock, so a unit is available to whichever one sells it first and nothing sits reserved for a sale that never happens.

They do. We own the EDI setup, the labeling and pallet specs, the ship notices, and the appointment booking for accounts including REI and Backcountry. Routing guide revisions land with us, not with you.

Most brands do. The EDI connections and the zone are already running here, so adding a channel is configuration work on our side rather than a move on yours.

Yes. Our omnichannel 3PL services run from a Foreign Trade Zone site with lithium and oversized approvals, so imported and regulated stock can ship to a consumer, a retail dock, or back out of the country from one location.
