If you ask any 3PL how much space it has, a number is what you get. Yet, if you want to know what that space is licensed to hold, how quickly it empties, and when the duty on it clears, the conversation gets a good deal shorter. Those three answers are what warehousing and fulfillment services come down to once the rate card is out of the way.

Warehousing and Fulfillment
Warehousing And Fulfillment Services in Arizona
We run three buildings in Chandler, Arizona. See what they are cleared to do, and what that does to your landed cost.

The Questions That Decide It
On almost every first call, the same five questions come up, and we’ve built the operation so the answers are already yes. Imported stock sits in an activated Foreign Trade Zone, so duty isn’t due until it ships, where most providers clear it at the port before it ever reaches them. Battery SKUs are welcome, small cells up through vehicle and solar packs, rather than the usual “not that chemistry, not that size.”
Oversized freight sits on more than an acre of gated outside lot instead of off site at your cost. Your store and your retail accounts draw on one stock count and one team, not two accounts and two pools. And you go live within days, where most of the industry needs the better part of a quarter.
Duty Deferred, And Racks That Are Cleared To Hold It
Inventory sitting in a conventional warehouse has already cost you the duty. Not in ours. Our Foreign Trade Zone is federally activated, the first granted to a 3PL in Arizona, so eligible imports rest here duty-unpaid until they enter US commerce, and anything you send back out of the country never triggers the duty at all. For an importer holding four months of cover, that is working capital left in the business rather than wired to Customs in advance.
What sits on those racks is a separate question, and certifications decide the answer. Ours are temperature control and FDA certified, for supplement, beauty, and wellness stock that would not survive an Arizona summer on an ordinary shelf. Our lithium-ion battery storage is approved across the whole range, from loose cells to e-bike and vehicle packs, up to solar assemblies that arrive by flatbed and leave by crane. Warehouse storage services usually stop well short of that, and brands tend to discover the limit a month into onboarding.

Ecommerce Warehousing Services And The Hour That Matters
Out The Door Within 24 Hours
Orders leave our floor within 24 hours at 99% accuracy, and the thing that governs that number is packing, not picking. Sealing a parcel absorbs roughly twice the labor of gathering one, so work piles up at the bench while the aisles look calm.
Automation Where The Backlog Forms
We chose to spend our automation budget at the bench instead of in the aisles: containers formed to the dimensions of each order, which cuts dimensional weight, filler, and crushed corners in a single pass.
One Live Count, Every Channel
Storefronts and ERPs, including NetSuite and SAP, connect in days. Your consumer parcels and retail shipments pull from one live count, so nothing gets stranded in the wrong pool. That is our ecommerce fulfillment operation, running off the same stock and the same team as the storage.
Three Buildings In Chandler, Arizona
The first serves long-term storage, run on a will-call basis, for product that is supposed to sit still until you say otherwise. The second is the battery and oversized freight site: the zone, the permits, and an acre of secured lot for freight that was never going to fit through a dock door. The last is fulfillment, temperature controlled and FDA certified, and it is the one your orders would run through.
Capacity Bought Before You Need It
We have sized the racking, the permits, and the machines against the volume we expect rather than the volume we have, so onboarding does not open with an invoice for the equipment it takes to serve you.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about working with SKU Distribution, from onboarding to shipping cutoffs.
Receiving and inspection, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Ours also cover Foreign Trade Zone entry, specialized handling, and retail EDI, all from one building and one stock count.
Storage keeps inventory safe and accounted for. Fulfillment breaks it down and sends it out one order at a time. Buying both from the same operation removes a transfer, a reconciliation, and the argument over who damaged what.
Yes. Eligible imports enter our activated Foreign Trade Zone without triggering duty, which is deferred until the goods leave for US commerce and avoided entirely on qualifying re-exports.
Often. We hold approval for lithium-ion batteries across chemistries and sizes, and over an acre of secured outside lot takes the oversized freight that will not fit in a pallet position.
Days, not quarters. Most storefronts, marketplaces, and ERPs, NetSuite and SAP included, connect on our side rather than yours, so your developers aren’t in the critical path. Tell us what you’re running and we’ll tell you the honest timeline for your stack.
Yes. A national retailer’s purchase order and a Tuesday night reorder draw on the same live count, run by the same team on the same floor. That means no split inventory, no stranded units in the wrong pool, and no reconciliation between two systems that disagree.
